Barcelona get their own back against Sevilla! & the Picspam :-)

Barcelona earned their “revenge” against Sevilla. After a very very boring first half, Barcelona lit up the Camp Nou in the second.

It took Pique & Marquez effort to force Escude to score an own goal early in the second half – that opened up the game.

Pedro was brought in for Ibra and was effective immediately as he scored the 2nd. Messi scored his 100th goal for Barca in style… And a few moments later he scored his 101st 🙂 He’s now the leading goalscorer in La Liga with 14 goals. David Villa trails him on 12 goals.

The only downside to this great win.. Captain Puyol got injured towards the end of the first half and was subbed for Marquez. Hope its nothing serious! Also, Henry is still looking off form, I don’t understand why Pep keeps starting him? Pedro has been much more instrumental for Barca this season!

A lot of people will be saying “if only we played like this on Wednesday,” its true, I also thought it. But its time we put that behind us. Barca are the “winter champions” (Real Madrid lost to Bilbao) and after tonight I have no doubt what so ever that they will hold onto the league. They now lead the pack by 5 points!

I’ll put up more pictures tomorrow! new pics are added below 🙂 Goodnight peeps!

^^I just love those two!

Hello!! What a great night!! So happy for them!!! They deserve the win and show to sevilla who is the champion:)))
I was very stressful during the first period cause Palop stopped everyball!!!
Happy also for leo ….he is now pichichi:)) awesome!!
I dont understand why pep still starts with Henry…Pedro is so far better!!
Well now + 5 points up in the liga…Good news!!!

    1. Heya! Thanks again for commenting 🙂
Yeah, Lio is just legendary! He’s on a completely different level to anyone else…
I’m so happy they beat Sevilla, they really needed that to psychologically move on from their Copa del Rey elimination..
As for Titi, as much as I love him, he’s been less than impressive recently.. And with Pedro & Bojan doing so well, I can’t see how he will keep his starting place for much longer… I also don’t understand Pep, but he always seems to know what he’s doing!

      Visca Barca!
